Design Rules

* MM-Wave band low dielectric loss characteristics. Microstrip Line loss = 0.09dB/mm @60GHz CPWG = 0.07dB/mm @60GHz
LTCC (Er=5.9 ) microstrip
Line Loss = 0.09dB/mm @60GHz
LTCC (Er=5.9 ) CBCPW
Line Loss = 0.07dB/mm @60GHz
* Standard Via Diameter is 0.1mm for tape
layer 0.1mm thickness and other Via Diameter
such as 0.08 ~ 0.25 can be specified by
consultation with Y-Tech engineers
